RICHRVA’s Path Forward

RICHRVA will include those committed to fulfilling the mission of narrowing racial wealth gaps for small businesses owned by people of color in our region. Our goal is to have a regional coalition compromised of business support providers, business owners, policymakers, anchor institutions, and funders.

This report, completed in conjunction with many Metropolitan Richmond, Virginia government, and community partners, and in sponsorship by JPMorgan Chase, displayed a disparity of almost $5 Billion in capital for small businesses owned by people of color.
