RICHRVA partners with organizations and individuals committed to supporting our mission of narrowing racial wealth gaps for small businesses owned by people of color in our region. Our goal is to maintain a regional coalition comprised of business support providers, business owners, policymakers, anchor institutions, and funders.

July 2021 brought forth the exciting completion of a report many months in the making. This report, completed in conjunction with many Metropolitan Richmond, Virginia government, and community partners, and in sponsorship by JPMorgan Chase, displayed a disparity of almost $5 Billion in capital for small businesses owned by people of color.
