Carol W. Reese, Owner of ReeSources, Inc. has worked for over 20 years in the business sector. She is an avid business advocate, motivator and business strategist.
ReeSources, Inc. has consultants, facilitators and data scientists who work together to transform static data into animated, interactive, and intelligent business applications, we use technology to move businesses forward. ReeSources uses strategy, coaching and technology to move businesses forward.
ReeSources is responsible for overseeing the installation and administration of Microsoft 365, Microsoft SharePoint, and PowerBi. RSI services include installing, configuring, and upgrading SharePoint systems, managing system operations and services, training, and supporting business users on Microsoft 365 and the program apps, such as Power Platform, Forms, Planner, SharePoint, and Teams.
In developing business relationships, small business alliances, and assisting in supplier diversity programs, ReeSources, Inc. also created Strategy N Motion Platform to guide businesses to their next level.

Shirley Crawford
Women’s Business Center
Shirley Crawford is an experienced Small Business Consultant and Speaker with a demonstrated history of working in the public relations and communications industry.
Her skills include Business Planning, Management, Grants Management, Marketing Strategy, Business Process Improvement, and Organizational Development. A strong business development professional that graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, Shirley is also the Executive Director, of the Women's Business Center RVA.
The Women’s Business Center of Metro Richmond (WBCRVA) opened our doors on September 4, 2018, with the aim to provide the resources, education, and support to eliminate the hurdles that women face every day. WBCRVA serves as a hybrid of an incubator and standard rental office space. WBCRVA helps start, sustain, and grow women-owned enterprises. The WBCRVA vision is to be a regional leader in building successful and innovative women-owned enterprises that stimulate job growth and overall economic development through retail and office space, training, counseling, and access to resources.

Tracy Lewis
Lewis & Associates LLC
Tracy Lewis is the CEO of Lewis & Associates L.L.C a small Black woman owned firm based on the southside of Chicago. Launched in the summer of 2014 in Detroit, Michigan, Lewis & Associates L.L.C was founded with the purpose of supporting non-profit organizations and small businesses with resource development, technical assistance, strategic planning, community engagement and project management services. In the past 2 years, she has expanded service delivery to government entities and philanthropic organizations. Lewis & Associates drives to provide short- term critical services that are beyond the scope, area of expertise, financial and/or time constraints of many small to mid-size entities. Tracy leans on her 15-year background in the Community & Economic Development field to provide customizable results-oriented solutions to all her firm’s clients. She is a graduate of Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan and holds a Bachelors in Sociology and a Master of Public Administration with a certificate in economic development. Beyond her professional and education background, Tracy is committed to community service. She is currently a workshop presenter and mentor with SCORE Chicago, she is the Board Secretary of the PTO at her daughter’s school and a former board member of Women in Planning & Development Chicago.
Ayanna McMullen

Ayanna is a Community Builder, Broker & Believer.
In her roles as a Professional Organizer, Business Support Strategist, and Community Engagement Strategist, she strategically empowers individuals, organizations, and communities to focus, flow, and grow through connection, creation, and collaboration.
Ayanna is the CEO of Harmony Organizing, an integrated suite of business support and community engagement services, and the Founder of The Network Incubator, the premier creative think tank for business ideas that has supported over 730 under-resourced entrepreneurs in Richmond, VA and beyond.
Her work has recognized locally and internationally, including the Metropolitan Business League’s Social Vision Award and the Anthem Award for DEI in 2023. She was honored as the inaugural recipient of Our Village United’s Elevated Community Wealth-Building Initiative in 2024.
A Richmond native, Ayanna holds a BA in Political Science and an MPA from Virginia Commonwealth University
